What Frozen Turkey looks like on a phone

Frozen Turkey works because there is no cancel button. You set a duration and that duration is now a fact about the world. Appcognito's Strict mode is the same commitment, adapted to a device with different escape routes:

• Intention mode. At every unlock you pick the three apps you actually came for. Nothing else opens until you lock the phone again.

Intention mode in particular is the closest thing to Frozen Turkey's spirit that exists on a phone. Frozen Turkey removes the option to browse aimlessly for a set period. Intention mode removes it permanently, by making every single unlock a decision you have to state out loud.
